Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD:

Guemabarnaba.com deliveries are handled through DHL, UPS and SDA. 

Our Customer Service Department may contact you for additional information only when necessary.  

We usually ship your order within 1-3 days from the day of the order.

If you are based outside of EU and you are buying a product that requires a CITES certificate, we may need to request all the necessary documentations at the local authorities, and this process may take up to 15 working days, so we apologise in advance for any delay.

Charges vary depending on destination. 

Additional charges will apply as per each destination country's customs tax regulations.
